CV Screening - Hubilia

After receiving all the CVs, the selection specialist, under the supervision of the Career Coach, proceeds with a screening phase checking the personal and professional skills required by the customer selecting most suitable for the chosen role in order to minimize any gap and obtain effective work. An initial phone contact is performed with the candidate to confirm the CV information, for having all the elements for deciding if to continue the selection process with the candidate.
